Syncing SQLite database vectors back into human-readable Markdown directories like Obsidian.
AI engines parse binaries and SQLite rows, but humans read markdown. LOB Brain bridges this gap with the Markdown Vault.
Bi-Directional Sync
Whenever brain_sync runs, LOB exports database records into nested Markdown files under ~/BrainVault/Projects/..., fully compatible with Obsidian or Notion.
If a human edits a `.md` file in their vault, LOB parses the changes, updates the embedding vectors, and syncs them back to the SQLite database. Both human and machine collaborate on a single source of truth.
